Agency TBA has had an injection of fresh blood with a total of six new starters in recent weeks.

Production manager Jen Duszanskyj has joined from Avantgarde, project manager Charlotte Briem has been appointed from Jack Morton and Lexy Fox has been made senior account executive.

Meanwhile, Phoebe Kibbey has joined the events team while graphic designer Drew Scott has joined the creative department. The most recent recruit is Olivia Hamblin, who has moved from a corporate events role at Aviva to work as an account manager at the Euston-based agency.

"Strong recruitment is a key part of our growth strategy at TBA as you would expect," said James Howitt, account director. "A mix of personality, ambition, creativity and work ethic is something we look for in all our new people, to help drive and share in our continued success. We are striving to bring in the best and the brightest to add to our already talented team and it looks like we’ve found a few more to help deliver an even bigger 2016."
