TRO teams up with Milan-based Inventa

The two agencies announce partnership, launching Inventa TRO with Antonio Magaraci at its helm

TRO is expanding its presence in Italy, revealing it has joined forces with Italian Omnicom agency Inventa to become Inventa TRO.

The new office will be headquartered in Milan and consist of 40 staff, led by Antonio Magaraci as Inventa TRO country head.

The two agencies say the partnership reflects their common goals of strengthen their Pan-European offerings. Inventa TRO will become TRO's third office in Spain, adding to the likes of Barcelona and Madrid, and its 17th office worldwide.

TRO Group's pre-tax profits were £1.99 million in 2014, a drop of 3.7 per cent, following investment in new talent and innovation. The group's turnover stayed above £30m.

Antonio Magaraci, country head Inventa TRO, said: “We are delighted to join TRO whose heritage in live events and experiential will bolster our existing offering.  Across the UK and Italian offices we are currently working together on a project for the UEFA Champions League Final and are collaborating on several other briefs and pitches in what is set to be a very busy New Year.”
