Trinity forced into larger offices as headcount rises

01/10/2012

Trinity Event Solutions has had to move into larger offices in Lincolnshire, after six new staff members joined in the last three months, bringing the total number of employees to 31.

While still situated at Southview Business Centre, Stamford, the company has had to make the move to incorporate all staff in one building. The move also enables the company to improve its telecomms and meeting technology.

Jacqui Kavanagh said: “Trinity has seen a substantial increase in the amount of business we are handling this year. This recruitment drive has strengthened our existing teams and also given us the opportunity to train and develop the skills of staff to fulfil their potential. We can now build on our succession planning programme so that we have a fully trained workforce in place to manage new account wins.”

Rosie Downes has joined the Pharma Meetings team as a conference executive, with Rebecca Selves supporting this team as conference administrator.

Zoe Eason, Shani Lees and Joanne Musson have joined the venuefinder.com/blue&green team as conference executives, while Joe Mann has been appointed IT manager.

Meanwhile, Helen Binks has been promoted to account director for Venuefinder.com/blue&green international sales, with Kate Willimer now taking on the role of training and development.
