Arden Training and Conference Centre’s achievement of Gold Standard status means that all three Warwick Conferences properties are now in the elite BDRC Continental grouping at the end of quarter three.
The Gold Standard requires that venues need to have a Net Promoter Score of +70 across the 12 months ending September 2011, and must have at least 10 responses in each calendar quarter in the period. The statistics are collated from feedback by event hosts who have used the venues. Two other new venues to achieve Gold Standard status were Barnett Hill (Sundial Venues) and The Royal York Hotel (Principal Hayley).
