Venue-booking website HeadBox has expanded into Liverpool.

Following the platform’s launch in London in October 2015 and recent expansion to Birmingham and Manchester, corporates will be able to book venues including Royal Liver Building, Everyman Theatre, Beatles History Museum and St George’s Hall through the the site.

HeadBox CEO and founder Andrew Needham said: “After our success in London, Birmingham and Manchester, the creative hub of Liverpool was the next natural fit for HeadBox. There are just as many spaces in Liverpool that are brimming with potential, ready for us to unlock.

HeadBox claims to be the UK’s only venue booking website that allows planners to search, book and pay for venues online. The website boasts clients such as L’Oreal, Google, Sky, Diageo and the BBC.

Simon Stephens, business development manager at the Everyman and Playhouse theatres in Liverpool, said: 'Working with HeadBox is a great opportunity for us to maximise the potential of our venues. During the daytime especially, our spaces are often empty and it would be fantastic for us to put them to use and fill them with people."
