Wyboston Lakes has been named in this year's Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For list for the third consecutive time.

The prestigious list, which ranks UK companies based on employee satisfaction levels, has previously honoured agencies like Jack Morton Worldwide, drp and experiential agency RPM. It looks at factors such as leadership, feelings of the staff towards their immediate boss and employee attitudes towards the company ethos.

Wyboston Lakes was ranked 43rd for this year's list, and was named alongside other suppliers such as Lancaster London (72nd), Hays Kuoni (89th) and Red Carnation Hotels (3rd).

Wyboston Lakes MD Mark Jones said: "We are truly delighted to be recognised for the third consecutive year, it brings an enormous sense of pride, throughout the organisation, to be ranked within the top 100. Our employees are the best and most valuable asset we have, so it is vitally important to us to know that we have a happy and engaged team."

The venue scored 85 per cent on employees' views that it is run on strong values and principles, with 84 per cent of staff saying they felt proud to work for the company.

For the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For category, Brooklands Hotel arrived at number 9, followed by business travel website Click Travel at 59th spot.

Merlin Entertainments Group, which runs Alton Towers, was number 14 in the Top 25 Big Companies to work for.
