Glaziers Hall has selected Mosimann’s as a preferred supplier following its appointment as official caterer for the House of Switzerland, which will be located at the venue during the 2012 Olympics.

The award winning caterer and restaurant company was founded by Swiss chef Anton Mosimann and is now managed in London by his elder son Philipp.

Samantha Enstone, managing director at Glaziers Hall, said: “Having worked closely with Philipp Mosimann and his team on the House of Switzerland project, Glaziers Hall is extremely excited to welcome Mosimanns to its permanent partner list.  Mosimann’s will add impeccable credentials, provenance and exacting service standards for both our private and corporate clients to indulge.”

Mosimann’s first appointment as a selected supplier includes catering for the Swiss Guilds banquet which will take place at Glaziers Hall on 11 November ahead of the 2011 Lord Mayor’s Show.

Mosimann’s cut its Olympic teeth at Beijing 2008 where it catered at the official Hospitality Centre. It went on to provide food at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and at the Royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
