How can I add a new thread to mailbag on M&IT or readers' forum on AMI?
For M&IT go to mitmagazine.co.uk/mailbag/. At the top of the page you will see a button to add your post.
For AMI go to amimagazine.global/readers-forum/. At the top of the page you will see a button to add your post.
How can I add a comment to a post on M&IT or AMI?
So you first need to find the post you’d like to comment on. Once you’re there scroll to the bottom of the story, there you will find a comment box hosted by Disqus. You can either log in to your disqus account or post anonymously, once you have entered your comment, press post response.

The M&IT awards are voted for by the readers of Meetings & Incentive Travel magazine and therefore does not have an entry process. However, you may request voting forms to distribute to your customers or alternatively direct your customers to our online voting form: www.mitawards.co.uk/vote/.
There is a special award for the M&IT Personality of the Year, this is open to voting at www.mitawards.co.uk/vote/personality-of-the-year/.

What is your cancellation policy for the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards [M&IT Awards]?
Tickets purchased at the full rate may be cancelled in writing to lcoleridge@catmedia.global A refund for the full rate ticket is given, subject to the following:
- A refund will be given for all cancellations received more than six weeks prior
to the event date subject to an administration fee of £50 per invoice. (Applies to cancellation notifications received up to the 17th January 2019) - Cancellations received between six and four weeks prior to the event date will be charged at 65% of the cost per ticket. (Applies to cancellations received between 18th January 2019 – 31st January 2019)
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received within four weeks of the event date. (This applies to cancellations received from 1st February 2019)

What is the deadline for my advert?
Copy due dates are listed on the Confirmation of Booking paperwork sent at the time of booking, but a reminder will be emailed to the booking contact prior to deadline.
What if I can't meet the artwork deadline/I need an extension?

Resizing images
How do I resize my pictures?
You will need to open the image using an image viewer and editor (Irfanview can be downloaded for free if you do not already have one). Offer Microsoft picture manager or other package recommended by editorial.
